Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

All products purchased from CraftLaser are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds once the product has been delivered to you. This policy is in place due to safety concerns associated with the handling of  products.

Defective or Damaged Items

We understand that on rare occasions, products may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we will be happy to assist you with a return or refund. If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us immediately at craftlaser98@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue (e.g., damaged product, broken packaging).
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information and determine the best course of action. If the product is deemed defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the claim is verified.

Return Process for Defective Items

If your claim for a defective or damaged product is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please ensure that:

• The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
• The item is securely packed to prevent any further damage during return transit.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.

Exclusions

Please note that minor variations in packaging, or differences in perception, do not qualify as defects. Additionally, damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product by the customer will not be covered under this policy.
